Packing and Labeling
To avoid shipment delays, damage, and loss, it is very important to pack, label, lock or seal your luggage or boxes correctly.
How to Pack
Luggage
- Use a sturdy suitcase. DO NOT put luggage inside box.
- Secure the pull handle with tape
- Protect and securely pack all fragile items
- Select correct luggage type, do not over pack
Golf Clubs
- Secure and wrap all fragile parts of golf clubs
- Use a golf travel bag, hard case or golf box
- Fill the empty space with packing fillings in golf box
Bike
- Use a bicycle travel case or sturdy corrugated bicycle box
- Disassemble the bike and secure each parts in the bike case or box
- Fill the empty space with packing fillings in bike box
Boxes
- Use a sturdy double walled cardboard box or plastic
- shipping box for movement
- “H” tape the top and bottom of the box
- Protect and secure all fragile items
- Select correct box size. Do not exceed the weight limitation
Skis or Snowboard
- Wrap ski/snowboard with bubble packaging to avoid scratching
- Use a soft or hard ski/snowboard travel case or bag
- Secure the bag with buckles and straps

- Always secure and wrap fragile items, parts
- Do not overload and exceed weight limitation of your case, bag or box
- Do not put prohibited items
- Do not put items not covered by insurance
How to Lock
US Domestic shipment
- please LOCK your bag, luggage or case.
International shipment
- Please DO NOT LOCK your bag, luggage or case. Please only use Cabel Ties to close your bag.
Please be advised the carrier and custom has the rights to open your international package and check items inside. Your package will be returned if carrier or custom cannot open your luggage, bag or case.
How to Stick Labels
Box with flat surface
- Insert shipping labels and document inside label pouch, tracking barcode facing outside.
- Stick the label pouch tightly to the box.
- Do not place the pouch on the box opening.
- Tape an additional label on the box with clear tape.
- Do not place the pouch on the box opening.
Luggage, bag or case
- Insert shipping labels and document inside label pouch, tracking barcode facing outside.
- Attach the pouch tightly to a luggage tag, and secure the tag to the top handle of your bag.
- Put an additional label and document inside your bag.
- Do not place your luggage in a box. Additional shipping fee may apply.
- Do not stick label on the surface of your luggage directly.
Tips
Label pouches, luggage tags and cable ties can be obtained from local FedEx or DHL location. Please check and confirm with the location before you drop off. Please always take a full picture of your labelled luggage/bag/case/box, with the tracking barcode facing the camera.
