How to Ship Luggage

We, like you, want your shipment to arrive on time and safely. Please follow the shipping tips on this page to make this happen

Use Sturdy Luggage

Ensure your luggage/bag/box is sturdy and strong enough for shipping. Do not overpack or underpack your package or it could damage in transit.

Attach Shipping Labels

Attaching shipping labels correctly is very essential. You must ensure the labels are securely attached to your correct packages.

Pickup or Drop-off

When placing your order, you can either request a courier pickup from your location, or you can drop off at the nearest FedEx or DHL location.

How To Pack and Label

You can pack the exact same way you do for airline travel. Here are some packing tips for shipping with us

Shipping Luggage

Please use proper packing practices to ensure the safe delivery of your luggage.

  • Use a sturdy suitcase. DO NOT put the luggage inside a box, additional shipping fee for the box size may apply
  • Secure the pull handle with tape or plastic wrap
  • Protect and securely pack all fragile items. These are not covered by our insurance!
  • Do not overpack or underpack your luggage. This will cause the luggage and content to be easily damaged in transit

Note:

  • Our study shows that 90% of the cases for lost and delayed luggage is because of improper labeling.
  • It is your responsibility to check and ensure all information on the label is correct, and to attach the shipping labels securely and correctly.
  • Please always take a full clear picture of your labeled luggage/bag/box, with the tracking number and barcode facing the camera.

This luggage has an 80% chance to be lost or delayed because the shipping label will come off in transit.

Best Way To Attach Labels

You can use a Luggage Tag or secure the label with clear tape/plastic wrap 360° around the luggage
and insert an additional label copy inside the luggage.

Shipping Boxes

It is essential to follow correct packing rules to ensure the safe delivery of your box.

  • Use a sturdy double walled cardboard box or plastic
  • Shipping box for movement
  • “H” tape the top and bottom of the box
  • Protect and securely pack all fragile items. These are not covered by our insurance!
  • Select Do not overpack or under pack your box. This will cause the box and content to be easily damaged in transit

This box has an 80% chance to be lost or delayed because the shipping label cannot be read, will come off, or might get damaged in transit.

Best Way To Attach Labels

You can use a label pouch or completely attach the label on the side of the box with clear tape.
DO NOT attach the label in between the box opening or folded in the corners.

Preparing Sports Equipment

Ship your skis and bags directly to the resort to save the stress of flying with your bulky ski gear.

Packing Golf Clubs

A hard or soft travel case can be used to pack golf clubs. Like airline travel, we recommend ensuring that club heads have adequate padding and support

Packing Skis and Snowboards

A hard or soft travel case can be used to transport skis and snowboards. Just as you would during airline travel, make sure your bindings and tips are adequately cushioned.

Packing Bicycle

Use a bicycle travel case or sturdy corrugated bicycle box. Disassemble the bike and secure each part in the bike case or box. Fill the empty space with packing fillings in bike box

Please Don’t Do It (Pro Tips)

  1. DO NOT attach label with Scotch tape.
Label will detach easily, which means your luggage/bag/box will be lost.
  2. DO NOT attach the wrong label to the wrong package.
All packages have different tracking numbers. Please pay attention to your package type and shipping label.
  3. DO NOT attach label if paper is wrinkled.
Barcode scanner cannot read labels if information is destroyed.
  4. DO NOT attach label if information can’t be read.
Low ink printer will affect how shipping details are displayed. If information cannot be read, it will affect the delivery.
  5. DO NOT lock your luggage (if shipping international).
Customs will need to open your luggage for inspection. If your luggage is locked, it will be returned or held in customs.
  6. DO NOT ship dangerous or prohibited items. Customs or courier will hold or return your shipment at your own expense.
